Simpson University's Outdoor Leadership degree program will prepare you for an exciting leadership career in a variety of fields. The Outdoor Leadership degree will help develop your skills in leadership, decision making, creative problem solving, and group dynamics.

With classes ranging from Developing Visionary Leadership to Snowboarding, Experiential Outdoor Education to Backpacking, Entrepreneurship to Wilderness Medical Certification programs, you will be provided with both the academic and skill acquisition courses you need to build the competencies that will put you in demand. The Cascade Mountain Range, Whiskeytown and Shasta Lakes, the Sacramento River, and Lassen Volcanic National Park offer you the perfect setting for your training as an Outdoor Leadership professional.
